About the Role :

We are seeking a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist to lead and execute complex analyses of large-scale human genomics and multi-omics datasets. This individual will design and deliver integrative analyses across single-cell, spatial transcriptomics, and genetics data, helping translate high-dimensional biological data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate combines strong quantitative skills with biological intuition and enjoys collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the analysis and interpretation of large-scale single-cell, spatial, and bulk transcriptomic data sets across diverse disease areas.
• Design and execute integrative workflows combining genetics, transcriptomics, and epigenomic data to derive mechanistic insights.
• Perform curation, QC, and harmonization of large public or proprietary omics datasets
• Apply state-of-the-art methods for gene / variant prioritization and functional annotation using multi-omic evidence.
• Mentor junior scientists and provide subject-matter expertise on statistical / computational genomics approaches.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on pipeline design, reproducibility, and deployment on cloud infrastructures.
• Communicate findings clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
