Job descriptionBuild and fine-tune LLMs and NLP models for real-world conversational data. Work on speech recognition, text-to-speech, and language understanding systems. Design data pipelines to process and analyze large volumes of chat and call data. Run A / B tests and extract insights that drive product and business decisions. Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to ship models to production.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years experience in Data Science / ML / NLP.
- Strong in Python, NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn.
- Hands-on with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
- Experience with speech-to-text and text-to-speech systems.
- Proven ability to deploy ML models in production.
- Startup mindset – ownership, speed, and curiosity.
