Job descriptionManage the complete underwriting process from initial assessment to final decision. Evaluate loan applications, credit reports, and borrower documentation to ensure compliance with company and investor guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline underwriting workflows. Ensure income calculations align with regulatory and investor standards. Ensure appraisals meet investor and program guidelines. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with property collateral. Logan Finance+2WayUp+2 WayUp CrossCountry Mortgage Underwrite Non-QM and Non-Agency loan products, including bank statement analysis, asset depletion, and DSCR No Ratio loans. Maintain an underwriting pipeline that meets established service level agreements. Review and analyze complex borrower profiles and financial documents. CrossCountry Mortgage+1 Logan Finance Minimum of 2 years of experience in underwriting roles, specifically in E2E, Income Review, Collateral, or Non-QM underwriting. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Proficiency in interpreting financial documents and appraisal reports. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Flexibility to work night shifts as required.
