About the Role
We’re looking for a design visionary who can think beyond pixels and color palettes. As Group Head – Art, you’ll be the driving force behind the visual craft of our campaigns — shaping ideas into stunning, impactful stories across digital platforms. You’ll lead a team of talented art directors and designers, inspire them to push creative boundaries, and set the standard for design excellence in our agency.
What You’ll Do
Creative Leadership
- Lead the art direction across multiple brands, ensuring work that’s both creatively brave and strategically sharp.
- Collaborate with Copy Heads and strategists to build integrated digital campaigns that cut through the clutter.
- Elevate every brief into visually compelling storytelling across formats — from social to motion graphics, UI / UX to experiential.
- Keep the work fresh, bold, and ahead of trends in digital, design, and culture.
Team Mentorship
Guide, mentor, and grow a team of Art Directors, Designers, and Visualizers.Foster an environment where ideas flow, risks are encouraged, and learning never stops.Manage team workflow, deadlines, and project priorities without compromising on creativity.Client & Collaboration
Present and defend creative ideas to clients with clarity, conviction, and passion.Work closely with Account Management, Strategy, and Tech teams to bring holistic solutions to life.Build trusted relationships with clients, positioning design as a business advantage, not just aesthetics.Execution & Quality
Oversee creation of mood boards, mockups, layouts, final artwork, and digital-ready assets.Review and approve visual output, ensuring world-class standards across all deliverables.Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while pushing boundaries of design.What You Bring to the Table
A strong portfolio showcasing award-winning, digital-first design work.Command over Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and emerging design tools.Understanding of motion design, UI / UX, and interactive experiences.A knack for typography, layout, and color that can make even a scroll-stopping Instagram post feel timeless.Confidence to manage multiple brands and campaigns without losing focus on craft.Exceptional communication, leadership, and presentation skills.Experience & Background
Bachelor’s / Master’s in Fine Arts, Design, or a related field.8–12 years of experience in art / design roles, with 3–4 years leading teams in a digital agency environment.Proven track record of delivering high-quality, innovative campaigns across industries.Experience in building and managing creative teams.How We Measure Success
