Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all front desk operations including handling incoming calls, inquiries, and walk-ins
- Welcome parents and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude
- Conduct school tours for prospective parents, showcasing the environment and answering queries
- Maintain front office cleanliness and presentation standards
- Manage and track stationery inventory, ordering supplies as needed
- Coordinate with staff and management for administrative support
- Maintain daily attendance and visitor logs
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the school management
