Product Development Engineer

Surfscan-ADE is looking to hire an energetic, self-driven individual to be part of a team of remote systems engineers

• Will work closely with service teams and customers to identify and implement product improvements which will lead to long-term product adoption and customer success.
• These activities will include the development and release of new options, features or other improvements that provide more value to our customers.
• Integral to this role is an understanding of the customer's use-case and successfully working in conjunction with other groups to define the requirements.
• Must have the ability to follow through and release / support these product enhancements effectively.
• Trains service and manufacturing employees.
• Required to travel to customer sites to efficiently and effectively resolve technical issues (Fly and Fix) during and after product release.
