Proficiency in using recruiting and sales tools and platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in working with H1B, OPT, EAD, GC, and US citizens. Knowledge of various IT technologies and terminology.

Experience Range : 2 to 5 years
Notice Period : Immediate - 1 Month Contract
Responsibilities :
- Identify, screen, and place IT professionals on various client projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and consultants.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
- Keep track of consultants' projects and ensure a continuous pipeline of opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet placement goals and targets.
