🔧 What You’ll Do

• Actively contribute to the codebase – writing, reviewing, and deploying production-ready code.
• Lead and mentor the engineering team through regular feedback, coaching, and skill development .
• Drive continuous process improvement and foster a strong engineering culture.
• Collaborate with the engineering leadership team to influence technology strategy and direction.
• Design and build scalable solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, and SQL .
• Deliver high-quality, well-tested, and maintainable code across the stack.
• Explore and integrate AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance developer productivity.
• Lead Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint reviews, code demos) and ensure delivery excellence.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps to deliver impactful software.
