About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role involves analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and working closely with IT teams to design and implement systems that enhance efficiency and align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Analyze existing IT systems and recommend improvements.

Develop process models, workflows, and identify system gaps.

Work with developers to design and implement solutions.

Define functional specifications and ensure compliance alignment.

Conduct UAT, prepare test cases, and validate system functionality.

Support project planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.

Monitor IT solutions and generate reports / dashboards for insights.

Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

Proficiency in BI tools ( #Power BI, #Tableau ).

#SQL knowledge for data analysis.

Familiarity with #Agile & #Waterfall #methodologies .

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Strong time management and multitasking skills.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.

Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile are an added advantage.
