Formulation Manager - Pharma for Generic Market Support

Location : Mumbai, India

About the Role : We are seeking a

Formulation Manager

with hands-on experience in generic and super generic formulations. This role will lead laboratory operations, manage technical support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pharmaceutical applications across Asia Pacific, Latin America, and the Middle East.

Responsibilities :

Oversee formulation development and technical support for pharmaceutical applications in regulated markets.

Collaborate with business development and R&D teams to enhance pharmaceutical formulations.

Provide scientific support to internal teams, distributors, and clients.

Manage laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Drive continuous innovation in drug formulation and delivery systems.

Contribute to scientific articles, technical marketing tools, and research publications.

Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and technical workshops.

Qualifications :

PhD or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences .

7- 10 years

of hands-on experience in generic and super generic formulation development.

Expertise in

Lipid-Based Drug Delivery Systems (LBDDS) .

Understanding of global regulatory filings including ANDA, EMA, and ROW.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Strong project management skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience :

Prior experience in customer technical support and lab management.

Knowledge of formulation troubleshooting and regulatory compliance.

Ability to mentor and lead a technical team.
