Freelance Opportunity : Sr. Epicor CMS Developer (IBM i / RPG / EDI)

Role Description

We are seeking two experienced Sr. Epicor CMS Developers with strong technical backgrounds in Epicor CMS 6.1 and IBM i development. The consultants will design, develop, test, and support solutions related to a major migration project from SAP to Epicor. This role focuses on integrations, EDI workflows, labeling / serialization, and scanner-based solutions for manufacturing and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test Epicor CMS 6.1 customizations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Develop and maintain EDI / Trusted Link integrations , labeling, serialization, and barcode / scanner workflows.
• Build and support production reporting, inventory, and shipping / logistics solutions on IBM i.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, CRP, UAT support, and issue resolution.
• Execute data migration activities with accurate mapping and validation.
• Create technical documentation, functional documentation, and provide end-user training.
• Participate in all phases of SDLC including design, build, test, cutover, and hyper-care support.
• Work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
