Role Overview

We’re seeking a Founders’ Office Intern to work closely with our leadership team on high-impact initiatives. This internship offers exposure to key strategic decisions, cross-functional tasks, and the fast-paced environment of a growing EdTech venture. You’ll gain firsthand experience in operational efficiency, market research, and project execution—ideal for someone eager to learn the nuts and bolts of startup growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Assistance : Conduct brief market analyses, prepare summaries, and recommend solutions for ongoing initiatives.
  • Operational Coordination : Help optimize workflows and internal processes, ensuring tasks move smoothly between marketing, product, and mentor teams.
  • Project Support : Collaborate on special projects such as AI-driven program enhancements, partnership proposals, and community-building campaigns.
  • Reporting & Documentation : Create concise reports and presentations that track deliverables, highlight progress, and maintain transparency across teams.

Qualifications

  • Education : Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. All backgrounds are welcome if you demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Skills & Traits :
  • Proactive problem-solver with a willingness to take ownership of tasks
  • Strong organizational abilities, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities
  • Comfort with basic research, data collection, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights
  • Interest in entrepreneurship, EdTech, AI, or leadership development is a plus
  • Work Eligibility : Must be legally eligible to work where the role is located.
