Role Overview :
We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized Content Executive to manage and execute our daily content, photoshoot planning, and digital asset coordination across platforms. This person will work closely with the marketing lead to turn strategy into high-quality, on-time deliverables that align with brand goals.
Key Responsibilities : 1. Photoshoot Coordination
- Plan and prepare for shoots (locations, outfits, accessories, themes)
- Pair garments and ensure logical looks for styling
- Assist in visual composition, ensuring brand aesthetic is followed
- Oversee shoot execution to spot any issues (fabric stains, wrong poses, lighting)
- Ensure timely delivery of shoot-ready items
2. Content Execution
Assist in creating visual and written content for social media (Instagram, Facebook)Coordinate with graphic / video teams to develop engaging reels and storiesResearch trends and apply them to content ideationHandle content scheduling and posting on platforms3. Website Content Maintenance
Upload banners and front images that align with campaign goalsAssist with basic copy updates (product names, descriptions)Coordinate image selections that resonate with platform norms.4. Operational & Coordination Tasks
Maintain shoot checklists, mood boards, and visual guidesFollow up with vendors / agencies for assigned tasksAssist in preparing reports on shoot outcomes, content delivery statusRequirements :
1–3 years of experience in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce marketingStrong eye for visual detail and stylingComfortable with Canva, Google Sheets, and Instagram toolsHighly organized, reliable, and a proactive communicatorAbility to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environmentBonus Skills (Not mandatory, but preferred) :
Basic Photoshop or Lightroom knowledgeExperience working with D2C brandsKnowledge of platform-specific creative guidelines (Amazon / Myntra / Instagram)What Success Looks Like in 3 Months :
