Location : Remote (India) | Time Zone : Must be available during EST mornings

Experience : 10+ years overall IT experience, with strong expertise in Oracle APEX and PL / SQL

About the Role

We’re looking for an exceptionally sharp Senior Oracle APEX Developer who can work closely with our onsite architect and business stakeholders to design, develop, and implement scalable applications. Documentation is limited, so you’ll need to be quick in grasping requirements through discussions and translating them into functional, efficient solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Understand business requirements through discussions and meetings, and translate them into high-quality APEX applications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle APEX applications with strong use of PL / SQL , APIs , and REST integrations .
  • Collaborate with the onsite architect and functional teams to deliver robust solutions.
  • Develop and integrate AI-enabled features and advanced automation within APEX applications.
  • Optimize performance and maintain clean, scalable code.
  • Support deployment, testing, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Maintain close communication with the offshore and onsite teams during EST hours.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of total IT experience with at least 5 years in Oracle APEX development .
  • Expert in PL / SQL , Oracle database design , packages , and procedures .
  • Experience in building and consuming APIs and integrating APEX with external systems.
  • Proven experience in application design, performance tuning, and troubleshooting .
  • Exposure to AI or ML integration within enterprise applications is a plus.
  • Working knowledge or background in Oracle HCM or related business areas preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal documentation.

    • Nice to Have

  • Understanding of Oracle Fusion or HCM workflows.
  • Prior experience in client-facing or pre-sales solutioning roles.
