Channel Partner Relationship Management : Responsible for the day-to-day management of relationships with assigned channel partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.
Liaison Role : Act as a bridge between Club Oxygen and the assigned channel partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Building & Maintaining Relationships : Develop and sustain strong professional relationships with current and prospective channel partners to drive business growth.
Key Personnel Interaction : Establish productive relationships with key personnel in partner accounts to ensure alignment and strategic collaboration.
Cross-functional Coordination : Coordinate with internal Club Oxygen teams (support, service, management) to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
Sales through Partners : Collaborate with partner sales resources to sell products / services to end customers, achieving sales volume and business objectives.
Sales Target Achievement : Ensure assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in partner accounts are met.
Conflict Management : Manage conflicts between direct and channel teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration to resolve issues.
Channel Partner Compliance : Ensure that channel partners comply with the terms of the Channel Partner programs and agreements.
Partner Planning : Participate in the planning process with partners to define performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones.
Product Launches : Work with partner sales teams and marketing to develop and launch products in the market, achieving incremental revenue growth.
Reporting : Regularly report progress, performance, and insights to the Branch Manager / Regional Manager.
