About the Role :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Long Format Content Editor to produce high-quality, engaging videos for our YouTube channel and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be proficient in editing fast-paced, narrative style content, with a strong sense of visual storytelling and pacing. You will play a key role in shaping Roundglass Foundation's voice through compelling video content for YouTube that educates, inspires, and builds community. The role would include development of YouTube specific properties such as Learn Labs YouTube Channel and other similar content formats.

What you'll do :

• Edit long-form video content such as interviews, mini-documentaries, impact stories, and field reports.
• Collaborate with producers, scriptwriters, and camera crews to shape raw footage into a polished narrative.
• Ensure each video maintains a consistent tone, emotional depth, and brand identity.
• Optimize videos for YouTube and online platforms, including appropriate pacing, hooks, and end screens.
• Incorporate graphics, subtitles, music, and b-roll to enhance storytelling and viewer retention.
• Manage project timelines, revisions, and delivery for scheduled content drop.
• Stay updated on content trends in development and nonprofit storytelling.
