Role overview : The Group Head will spearhead the solutions department at Scribbld, leading a team to conceptualise, design, and deliver holistic brand solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, client-first thinking, and operational excellence. The group head will work closely with leadership, oversee end-to-end solution delivery, and ensure seamless integration across departments while driving growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategic leadership – Define the vision, roadmap, and strategy for the solutions department in alignment with company goals.
  • Team management – Lead, mentor, and upskill the solutions team, ensuring high performance, collaboration, and creativity.
  • Client engagement – Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, ensuring clarity of requirements, delivery of impactful solutions, and long-term relationship building.
  • Cross-functional collaboration – Work closely with design, content, creative, BD, and operations teams to ensure cohesive, 360-degree brand solutions.
  • Campaign innovation – Oversee ideation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that cut across digital, social, experiential, and performance-driven platforms.
  • Project oversight – Ensure timely and flawless delivery of solutions, managing resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.
  • Performance tracking – Establish success metrics for projects, track performance, and ensure continuous improvement through insights and analysis.
  • Thought leadership – Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices; bring new ideas and frameworks to elevate Scribbld’s service offerings.
  • Business growth – Partner with BD and leadership teams to identify opportunities, contribute to pitches, and drive department revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Education – Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience – Minimum 5–6 years of experience in brand solutions, integrated marketing, or strategy roles in an advertising / marketing agency.
  • Skills –

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, frameworks, and analytics.
