As a Software Development Engineering - Advisor II, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our business goals and client needs.
What you'll do :
Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv's business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.

What you'll need to have :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
10–15 years of experience in software development, with strong architectural and design skills.
Minimum 8 years of experience in .NET development (C#, .NET Core).
Strong understanding of OOPS, design patterns, and web security principles.
Experience with ReactJS, Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Experience with SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Azure Blob Storage.
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and cloud-native development.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architecture.
Experience with CI / CD tools and security tools (Voltage, Sonatype, Fortify, WebInspect, MFA, LDAP).
Experience designing modern, secure web-based applications.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and concepts like prompt engineering to enhance efficiency.
Basic understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in workflows
What would be great to have :
Domain experience in Financial Crime and Risk Management would be preferred
