Job Title :   Secretary - Founder’s Office

Job Location :   On-Site (Nariman Point, Mumbai)

Athena CredXpert LLP  is a leading credit counselling firm that helps individuals and businesses build strong credit profiles.

Athena Advisors , our consulting arm, provides specialized services in the areas of Mortgage Finance, Credit Information and Risk to Banks, HFCs, NBFCs, MFIs, and Credit Bureaus.

We are looking for an  “Secretary - Founder’s Office”  who will contribute to the growth journey of this initiative.

Key responsibilities :

  • Administration / HR Support :
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings and travel schedules.
  • Handle e-mails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of founders.
  • Scheduling and coordination :
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, follow-ups and reminders.
  • Communication and Liaison :
  • Act as first point of contact (POC) for key stakeholders and clients.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and clarity in communications on behalf of founders.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion :
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality in all aspects of work.
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost integrity and judgment.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence and prepare presentations.
  • Proficiency in administrative tools and software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in scheduling, meeting coordination, and handling travel arrangements is essential.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a consultancy or corporate environment, is an advantage.
  • Experience :   Fresher or 6 months - 1 year of experience in relevant area.

    Expected CTC :   3 to 3.5 L PA

    Joining Dates :   Immediately
