Job description

Job Scope : Systems Engineer responsibilities include deploying product updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet customer needs. The position works closely with internal teams and is responsible for configuration and troubleshooting of Karix products. Candidates should be familiar with Ruby or Python, Ultimately, you will execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately, and securely.

Job Location : Gurgaon

What You'd Do?

Implement integrations requested by Internal teams / customers
Provide Level 2 technical support and queries coming from Internal teams
Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
Perform root cause analysis for production errors
Investigate and resolve technical issues, Deploy updates and fixes
Develop scripts to automate visualization
Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

7 support, should be flexible for shifts

What You'd Have?

0-2 years of relevant experience

Should have basic knowledge on ITIL

Strong hands-on Linux Administration & troubleshooting, Scripting, VMware, Cron scheduling for backups, LVM,

Basics on Java, C++, Ansible, Nginx, Apache, Tomcat

Networking fundamentals (TCP / IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, routing)

Basic knowledge on UAT-DC-DR environment, VAPT, SCD, SCR, SAN Storage

Basic Knowledge on MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, Backup & restore, Commvault

Any other technical exposure to different technologies will be an advantage

Installation of packages, patch management and upgrades

Basic Understanding of Languages (Shell scripting, Python, Perl)

Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service.
