Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Mysore. The Relationship Manager will directly manage and develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities will include identifying and acquiring new clients, cross-selling financial products and services, and providing end-to-end customer support for all financial needs. The role involves frequent interaction with clients to address concerns, foster trust, and provide tailored solutions, as well as tracking customer financial profiles to meet organizational growth targets.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in client relationship management, communication, and customer retention strategies.
- Experience in cross-selling, financial services, and knowledge of MSME lending practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products.
- Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools for managing customer data and streamlining workflows.
- Ability to work collaboratively within teams and independently in a target-driven environment.
- Fluency in local languages and familiarity with the semi-urban and rural market landscape will be a significant advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
