Job Summary :
We are looking for dynamic professionals to join our team as Wealth Relationship Managers and Branch Relationship Heads . These roles focus on driving customer engagement, delivering banking and investment solutions, and ensuring overall growth through client relationship management and strategic business development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Acquire and manage relationships with HNI and retail clients.
- Drive sales of banking and wealth management products (accounts, loans, investments, insurance, etc.).
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and offer financial planning advice tailored to client needs.
- Lead and mentor branch-based relationship teams to achieve targets.
- Ensure seamless customer experience and high service standards.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base through referrals and networking.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, risk, and regulatory guidelines (KYC, AML, etc.).
- Maintain MIS and report performance metrics to leadership.
Skills Required :
In-depth knowledge of retail and wealth banking products.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Sales-driven with target-oriented mindset.Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.NISM or AMFI certifications preferred for Wealth RM role.Skills Required
