Job description

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Operations to join our growing team. You will be managing our vendors, manufacturing units and ecommerce partners to ensure smooth fulfillment of demand.

Responsibilities :

Manage and maintain e-commerce accounts on platforms like (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.)
Process and fulfill online orders, ensuring timely and accurate shipping.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to replenish stock.
Manage ordering process end to end with manufacturing unit
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, shipping, returns, and product information.
Update product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field

Proven experience 3-4 years working in ecommerce operations role

Familiarity with ecommerce channels like Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
