Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist (Junior and Senior roles) located in Rupnagar. The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, administer employee benefits, and oversee personnel management. The role will act as a vital link between employees and management to ensure seamless communication and promote a supportive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in HR Management and HR Policies development through modern methods and IT tools.
• Familiary with Zoho Recruit or similar HR software.
• Previous experience in the agriculture or education sector is a plus.
