To lead and grow the Sales Head function for ELV, ICT, and AV verticals in India by targeting and onboarding Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) companies as anchor clients. This role is critical to expanding Yakkaservices' presence in infrastructure projects, commercial developments, and institutional tenders through strategic EPC partnerships and consultant engagement.
EPC Partner Acquisition & Management
- Identify top EPCs operating in real estate, infra, industrial, and institutional projects across India
- Initiate, pitch, and onboard Yakkaservices as the preferred ELV / ICT / AV subcontractor
- Build long-term commercial relationships with BD, procurement, and project teams at EPC firms
Consultant & Stakeholder Engagement
Engage with MEP / ELV consultants aligned with EPC projects to influence technical specificationsBuild rapport with key influencers in contractor-consultant-client ecosystemsTrack upcoming project pipelines through consultant / EPC networksBusiness Funnel & Territory Planning
Own ELV / ICT / AV order book targets from EPC-linked projects across IndiaTrack project RFQs, tenders, and BOQs from EPC channels and ensure timely responseMaintain pipeline and activity reportsProposal & Estimation Collaboration
Work with internal estimation team to prepare competitive proposals for EPC-led bidsEnsure technical and commercial alignment with tender documents and EPC requirementsCoordinate compliance documentation, credentials, and proposal packagingProcess & Review Cadence
Operates with complete ownership of the EPC sales cycle, maintaining structured pipelines and forecasts.Conducts weekly internal reviews with the team to track proposal status, follow-ups, and EPC relationship progress.Participates in bi-weekly reviews with the Director to discuss key accounts, proposal conversions, and funnel health.Submits monthly performance dashboards covering lead activity, proposal conversion ratios, and revenue contribution.Engages in quarterly strategic reviews focused on EPC onboarding success, consultant ecosystem development, and actionable improvements.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering (ECE / EEE / IT preferred)MBA in Marketing / Sales (optional but desirable)8–12 years of experience in ELV / ICT / AV sales, preferably in infra or large-scale projectsStrong track record working with EPCs like L&T, Shapoorji, Tata Projects, KEC, Sterling & Wilson, etc.Familiarity with ELV systems : CCTV, ACS, Fire Alarm, PA, Networking, AV & Structured Cabling.Excellent relationship-building, techno-commercial negotiation, and tendering knowledge.Benefits
