As we expand our team, we are looking for dynamic HR Executives to play a key role in shaping our people strategy, ensuring smooth operations, and building a strong organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
- Handle performance management and appraisal processes.
- Support payroll processing and compliance requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2–5 years of proven HR experience (preferably in startups, retail, lifestyle, or FMCG).Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently in a remote setup.Tech-savvy with knowledge of HRMS tools is a plus.What We Offer
