Manager Commercial

Looking for the candidate having experience working with main contractor in EPC companies. Skilled in Contract Management, Contracts administration and claims management.

Experience - 18+ years

Qualification - BTech / BE Civil .

Roles & Responsibilities.

To control, monitor and administer the contractual and commercial requirements and obligations of the project or provide input, support and advice to the other departments involved in the project with the objective of minimizing financial cost, maximizing financial recovery and limiting contractual and commercial exposure to dispute.

• Day to day correspondence management with Client and maintaining record. Claim realization from client.
• Oversee the operational and financial management of the project.
• Develop and foster client relationships.
• Establish financial plan for the project.
• Negotiate with clients, customers, and suppliers to maximise the ROI of the company.
• Conduct market research and identify suitable stake holders to carryout subcontract works.
• Maintain reports and records of the budgets, revenue, cost and forecast the project financial reports.
• Monitoring Project Progress with plan and identifying variance for the same
• Support the other departments with queries about commercial processes.
• Manage commercial risks and devise strategies to overcome.
• Well versed in Contractual correspondence, contracts terms & condition.
