👩💼 Role Details

Job title – Front Desk Receptionist

Reports to – Director

Employment type – full-time

Experience level – 1-3 years

Work Hours- 9 : 30AM-6 : 00PM

🧾 Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR documents, and attendance registers.
  • Assist in rent collection from various tenants.
  • Handle basic accounting and vendor invoices.
  • Manage office administration and coordination with vendors / service providers when needed, and help maintain the building.

🧩 Key Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Knowledge of English
  • Should have computer literacy and be able to use Excel, word and emails.
  • Basic accounting and invoice management skills.
