Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Intelligence and Innovation Specialist to join our forward-thinking Human Resources team. This role is instrumental in shaping data-driven HR strategies by developing advanced analytics, predictive models, and visualization tools that empower business decisions. You will play a key role in transforming workforce data into actionable insights that influence organizational direction, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analytics & Predictive Modeling
- Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to forecast employee outcomes such as attrition, engagement, and performance.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis on employee demographics, performance metrics, engagement, and retention patterns.
- Translate complex data findings into clear and actionable insights for HR and senior leadership.
Workforce Planning & Scenario Analysis
Conduct scenario planning and labor market analysis to identify gaps between current workforce capabilities and future organizational needs.Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) and strategic impact of HR programs and initiatives using quantitative methods.Data Environment & Visualization
Lead the development and execution of the data environment and analytics roadmap aligned with HR strategic goals.Collaborate with HR Technology, IT, and other stakeholders to design and deploy advanced data visualization dashboards using AI-forward tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Build and enhance scalable data models for operational and strategic reporting.Innovation & Process Improvement
Drive innovation in HR practices through automation, process improvement, and the adoption of new analytics tools.Promote self-service analytics capabilities within the HR team and across business units to enable data-informed decisions.Stakeholder Communication
Prepare and deliver regular reports and executive summaries highlighting workforce trends, risk areas, and key HR metrics.Serve as a trusted advisor to HR leadership and business stakeholders on data-related strategies.Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR analytics, business intelligence, or a related domain.Proven experience with statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning.Proficiency in data analytics tools and languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Strong understanding of HR systems and people data complexities.Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience collaborating across functions such as HR, IT, and business units.(ref : iimjobs.com)
