Key Responsibilities :
Stakeholder management :
- Serve as the primary liaison between the ERP and its stakeholders, both internal and external, while seeking continuous feedback and working to improve the end user experience.
- Communicates and articulates technology options and implications in a simplified and quantifiable manner that is understandable to non-technology business partners.
- Collaborates closely with the Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Manage relationships with service providers and oversee IT contractors and contingent workers to ensure alignment, service levels, and other contractual matters.
- Fosters positive relationships with software vendors and negotiates relevant contracts.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and drive platform enhancements.
Operational Management :
Contribute to strategic technology plan, ensuring that it enables and supports the delivery of enterprise goals and objectives. Develop strategy alongside senior management as it relates to the organization's ERP system and ancillary Finance and Supply Chain Systems.Own the full lifecycle of platforms, from design and implementation to maintenance and decommissioning.Conduct broad reviews on incoming incident tickets and user requests to ensure prioritization in accordance with the service level agreements.Oversee tickets and escalations. Respond to critical systems events and outages; drive activities based on priority and SLA's.Maintain high level of visibility and operational stability of the SAP Platform, facilitating periodic metric review of KPIsProvides broad oversight for release management processes and the programming, configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases.Work closely with Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams to ensure seamless platform integration.Optimize platform performance, reliability, and cost efficiency through proactive management and automation.Champion automation and DevOps methodologies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.Leads the team to conduct advanced and complex application support activities to deliver on business outcomes.Reviews and approvals, the recommended improvements for moderate to advanced and highly complex application specific support processes and procedures.Develop and deliver training materials and workshops to enable business users and developers to maximize platform capabilities.Foster a culture of self-service by improving documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives.Support cost governance by monitoring platform spending and identifying areas for optimization.Qualifications :
10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP and SAAS servicesExtensive experience in Managing and working with Managed servicesExperience with cloud platforms like AWS.Experience managing the implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and support of large ERP applications in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environmentExperience in leading through a transition to modern ERP platformsStrong troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and system optimizationStrong understanding of automation, auditability, and availability in cloud environments and on-premises solutionsCommunication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across global teamsProject Management skills are a plusRequired Skills :
Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.Proven experience in navigating complex organizations, creative problem solving, and rational experimentation.Ability to translate complex technical topics into easy-to-understand concepts.Solid analytical skills, experience solving practical issues and engaging cross functional teams of multiple process partners to gain consensus.Exceptional ability to lead changes using positive and collaborative methods.Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.Expertise in managing and collaborating with global teams.Deep understanding of automation and leveraging where possible.Skills Required
