fast-growth setups , chased numbers, aligned sales teams, and handled enterprise-level negotiations with sharp focus.
You’ll lead the charge — not just with strategy, but with hustle, accountability, and day-to-day ownership.
What You’ll Own
Revenue Growth : Drive 5X growth in container sales and leasing. Own the topline. No excuses.
Enterprise Sales : Lead large-ticket closures with key accounts in logistics, pharma, cold chain, and allied sectors.
Client Acquisition : Build and convert a strong funnel of mid to large B2B clients. Navigate long-cycle deals and complex buying centres.
Team Alignment : Lead and energise a lean, execution-driven sales team. Set clear KPIs. Track and push outcomes.
Channel Building : Develop and manage channel partners, leasing agents, and regional business enablers.
Market Intelligence : Stay ahead of pricing, demand shifts, and competition. Feed insights back to product and operations teams.
Process & Discipline : Build rhythm, forecasting, reporting, and performance reviews.
What You Bring
12–18 years
in B2B or industrial sales — preferably in logistics, containers, cold chain, or asset leasing.
Proven track record of contributing to
₹100 Cr+ revenue growth .
Experience in
closing high-ticket B2B deals
(₹5–25 Cr+); knows how to move complex deals from conversation to cash.
Operated in
fast-paced, high-pressure environments
— startups, scale-ups, or high-growth verticals.
Strong network of
mid-to-senior decision-makers
(AVPs, procurement heads, regional logistics leads).
Hands-on leadership style. Can build and drive a team without relying on large org structures.
