1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify new brands and decision-makers who fit our target profile.
- Run high-volume outreach via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, calls & DMs.
- Build and maintain a clean pipeline for senior closers to convert.
2. First-Level Qualification
Understand the brand’s needs, marketing maturity & pain points.Schedule discovery calls for the Growth team.Capture insights and share requirement briefs for pitch teams.3. Brand Intelligence & Research
Track industry trends, upcoming brands, new launches, D2C hotshots and agencies.Maintain daily / weekly reports on opportunities and brand movements.4. Hustle With the Madverse
Work with creative teams to send samples of work.Share previous campaigns, case studies, reel links & influencer decks.Represent Mad Men Marketing with high energy & professionalism.5. Relentless Follow-Up & Closure Support
Ensure every brand in the pipeline is nurtured.Follow up on proposals, meetings & pitch decks.Support the Growth Team until handover to the servicing team.🔥 Who You Are
