About this role :

We’re looking for skilled mentors who are passionate about Data Structures and Algorithms to join our growing team in Chandigarh. You’ll work closely with students to guide them through the fundamentals and advanced concepts of coding, problem-solving, and technical interview preparation.

This role offers a unique opportunity for growth and ownership, as the responsibilities are not rigidly defined. We want people who are eager to contribute, innovate, and help us scale CipherSchools’ technical learning programs. Food, travel, and accommodation are taken care of while you’re with us in Chandigarh.

What You'll Do :

Conduct In-person interactive sessions and workshops on Data Structures & Algorithms for students

Design and deliver engaging learning content, assignments, and problem sets

Help students strengthen their coding logic and prepare for technical interviews

Evaluate student progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback

Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the curriculum and teaching methodologies

Contribute to creating online assessment (OA) material and technical resources

Qualifications :

Degree in B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA, Ph.D., or equivalent practical experience, completed in 2024 or earlier.

Strong hold on Data Structures & Algorithms, Advanced DSA, Competitive Coding, and Dynamic Programming

Ideal Candidate :

Has a strong grasp of Data Structures & Algorithms and problem-solving skills

Strong understanding of Dynamic Programming & Competitive Programming is a plus.

Comfortable teaching concepts in languages like C++, Java, or Python

Prior teaching, mentoring experience is a plus

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Has an ability to explain complex technical topics in simple terms

Eager to work in a collaborative environment and continuously learn

Ready to relocate
