Warner Bros. Discovery - Senior Director - Data Architecture & Engineering

Your New Role :

• The Senior Director of Data Engineering will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of data engineering solutions on different cloud data platforms.
• This role requires extensive experience in managing large-scale data projects, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, data migration, integration, and orchestration.
• The ideal candidate will also have expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), data cataloging, data governance, data security, and canonical data modeling.
• In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and direction to the data engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team, ensuring that team members are motivated, skilled, and aligned with the company's goals.
• Your technical depth and hands-on experience will be crucial in guiding the team through complex technical challenges and ensuring the successful delivery of data engineering projects.
