Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Patna. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management on a day-to-day basis.

Communication and Customer Service skills

Sales and Sales Management skills

Training skills

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience in sales and marketing

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Activities overview -

Should have basic computer skills.

Field work of around 4 - 6 hours daily is required.

Traveling out of Patna for a week, every month, is required.

To regularly stay in touch with customers.

Visits clients, if leads are provided or customer calls.

Ability to finalise the process and close deals, support staff and handle complaints or queries.

Regularly visit architects, contractors, govt offices for business.
