Role: Sourcing Specialist

📍 Location: East Patel Nagar, New Delhi (Full-time, On-site)

💼 Experience: 1–4 years

💰 Salary: ₹3–6 LPA (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source products from China and India through online platforms, sourcing agents, or direct vendor communication.
• Communicate effectively with Chinese vendors/manufacturers using platforms like Alibaba, 1688, or Global Sources.
• Evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, MOQs, and shipping terms to ensure cost efficiency.
• Identify and recommend profitable, trending, and high-demand products for Amazon and other marketplaces.
• Maintain and update vendor database and product cost sheets.
• Collaborate with the E-commerce and Product Listing team to ensure smooth onboarding of new products.
• Coordinate for FBA shipments, packaging, and quality checks.
• Stay up-to-date with product trends, competitor pricing, and sourcing best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Proven experience in product sourcing, especially from China or Indian manufacturers.

✅ Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.

✅ Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar for product research.

✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills (knowledge of basic Mandarin or experience with Chinese vendors is a plus).

✅ Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

✅ Ability to handle multiple products, vendors, and timelines efficiently.
