Job description

Seeking a results-driven professional to drive growth across markets.

The ideal candidate should possess 3–6 years of relevant experience in IT services or solutions, and excel at managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities across domestic and international markets for IT services including Remote Staffing, NOC support, Cloud, Telecom, and Gen AI sustained projects.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals to expand customer base and revenue streams.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent communication.
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, presentations, and RFP / RFQ responses.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure customer requirements are translated into viable solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure profitable partnerships.
  • Track and report business metrics, sales pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company in online / offline client meetings, professional networks, and industry events.

Required Skills and Competencies :

  • Proven experience (3–6 years) in business development or account management in the IT services / solutions industry.
  • Strong techno-commercial awareness with the ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into business value.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English; articulate communicator with strong presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience working with global clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or Zoho.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet revenue and lead generation targets.
  • Knowledge of remote staffing, IT outsourcing, and managed service delivery models is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Educational Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • MBA or postgraduate specialization in Marketing, International Business, or IT Management preferred.
  • Key Attributes :

  • Flexible to work across time zones and manage global communications.
