Job Summary

We are seeking a Career Coach & Placement Manager — a proactive, relationship-driven professional who can lead both learner career coaching and employer placement initiatives for graduates of our entry-level technology programs.

This role combines career counseling, job readiness training, and employer partnership development to ensure learners achieve successful job placements aligned with their skills and aspirations. The ideal candidate is a strategic connector , motivator , and advocate for learner success, with strong understanding of U.S. job markets , especially in the technology domain .

Key Responsibilities

Career Coaching & Learner Development

• Conduct 1 : 1 and group sessions on résumé refinement, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, and career planning.
• Guide learners in setting realistic career goals and understanding job market expectations.
• Facilitate mock interviews with actionable feedback to enhance confidence and job-readiness.
• Maintain learner engagement through regular communication, progress tracking, and motivational check-ins.
• Coach learners on soft skills, networking, and professional growth strategies.
