Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.

  • Contribute to monitoring and registering the customer complaints in SAP and support customers with analysis and the administration activities.
  • Hands on practice (Assembly & Disassembly of components), analyzing the failure reason and preparing the first layer inspection report.
  • Support customers for component having Non-Conformance regarding Quality issues by raising request to respective plant and follow-up with BU Quality for Root cause analysis and Corrective Action implementation in 8-D form and verifying the 8’D report for the effectiveness of corrective action taken.
  • Manage the logistics and transportation activities for the hardware shipment.
  • Field visit for troubleshooting the failure, reviewing and pressure mapping the system & application.
  • Manage the claim handling in collaboration with Authorized Service Partners to have a comprehensive workshop analysis of a warranty returned hardware in their facility and prepare the analysis report.
  • Handle the financial activities like, issuing the Credit note to customers etc.
  • Prepare the weekly report by extracting the data from Power BI.
  • Close Co-Operation with Sales and Application team and make a specific approach of claim handling in all the different customer segments.
  • We expect a high contribution to adjust the global process in Southeast Asia in close cooperation with the global Claim Handling Organization.
  • Permanent Improvement of the Claim Handling Micro Process in Southeast Asia region and align with the global CCH Macro Process.
  • Follow and maintain to ISO Quality Management Systems and IATF 16949 compliances. Participate in internal / External Audit for IATF 16949.
  • Responsible for Authorized Service Partners Audits and Development for entire Aisa Region.
  • Willing to travel abroad.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

  • Diploma / bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Total years of experience : 8~10 years.
  • With 7+ years’ experience in Hydraulics (Mobile / Industrial Hydraulics).
  • Possess strong relationship management, analytical & communication skills.
  • Professional English language skills (both in writing and verbally).
  • Proficient in SAP-ERP Modules & Material Information Systems, MS Office Packages like MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint Presentations.
  • Proficiency in logistic management and financial activities.
  • Experience of operating in a matrix organization.
  • Customer oriented way of working and should have strong organizational skills and self-driven personality.
  • Ability to work in an international environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks within the demanding timelines and an occasionally stressful environment.
  • Independence in handling multiple projects.
  • Strategic thinking, demonstrating the effective evaluation and problem-solving skills.
