Job description

We are looking for a Creative Ads Associate to develop high-performing ad creatives for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design sense, ad performance understanding, and the ability to create concepts that convert.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Create static, and video, ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other platforms.
  • Translate campaign briefs into compelling ad concepts.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all ad formats.
  • Coordinate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Stay updated on trends, formats, and platform best practices.

Required Skills -

  • 2+ years of experience in digital ad creative development.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing creatives.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
  • Good visual storytelling, attention to detail, and creativity.

    • Good to Have -

  • Experience in a startup or agency environment.
  • Understanding of basic analytics and creative performance metrics.
