As a Payroll Administrator , you will be responsible for managing and processing payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills to oversee payroll records, taxation, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and process bi-weekly / monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Calculate wages, bonuses, deductions, and taxes while ensuring compliance with payroll laws and regulations .
- Review and verify timekeeping records to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain comprehensive payroll records , including employee files, tax documents, and payroll reports.
- Ensure compliance with local and national payroll regulations , staying updated on changes in labor laws.
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
