About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in day-to-day operations. This role offers hands-on experience across various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.

Maintain and update employee databases and HR records.

Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications.

Provide administrative support to the HR department.

Support HR team in policy implementation and compliance activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of HR processes and functions.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
