Role Overview
We are looking for a highly process-oriented and analytically strong leader to own and scale our Renewal Sales function. This role is critical to improving retention, LTV, and predictable revenue through structured processes, data-driven decision-making, and high-performing renewal teams.
The ideal candidate is a premium B-school graduate with experience in sales operations, renewals, retention, or revenue management, preferably in ed-tech, SaaS, or subscription-led businesses.
Key Responsibilities
1. Renewal Strategy & Ownership
- Own end-to-end renewal revenue across domestic and international markets
- Design and execute renewal playbooks for different cohorts (new, repeat, long-term learners)
- Drive improvements in renewal %, ARPU, and LTV
2. Process Design & Optimization
Build structured renewal processes across lead allocation, follow-ups, escalation, and closureDefine SOPs, cadences, and workflows for the renewal sales teamContinuously identify opportunities and improve efficiency using data3. Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze key metrics :o Renewal rate o Churn reasons
o Conversion by cohort / course / counselor
o Revenue leakage
Build dashboards and weekly / monthly reports for leadershipUse insights to drive experiments and improvements4. Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and manage a team of Renewal Counselors / ExecutivesSet clear targets, KRAs, and performance benchmarksConduct regular reviews, training, and feedback sessions5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Must-Have
