This entry-level role provides comprehensive training, mentorship, and hands-on experience across financial analysis, client projects, and live transactions. The programme is designed to develop technical expertise, commercial awareness, and professional skills, preparing you for a long-term career in investment banking.

Key Responsibilities

Perform company valuations, financial analysis, and industry research.
Assist in preparing client presentations, investment reports, and pitch materials.
Support the development and maintenance of financial models.
Monitor market activity, sector developments, and economic trends.
Contribute to the execution of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings, and debt financing.
Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to compliance and quality standards.

Candidate Profile

Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.

Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial modelling is an advantage.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively within a team and meet deadlines under pressure.
