Work Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Travel Consultant with experience in reservations and Canada to India travel sales. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, comfortable handling client inquiries remotely, and confident in using Amadeus for reservations.

This role is sales-focused (not ticketing). You’ll be responsible for converting inquiries into bookings, advising on the best routes and fares, and delivering outstanding customer service to our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and online inquiries with professionalism
• Advise clients on Canada–India travel options, fares, baggage, and airline policies
• Build and manage reservations in Amadeus (no ticketing / reissues required)
• Convert leads into bookings, meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Provide exceptional service and resolve customer concerns promptly
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline promotions, rules, and seasonal travel trends
