Data is central to decision-making at Fi. Our analysts collaborate with teams across Product, Business, Finance, Marketing, and Tech, to shape the strategic decisions. We take this truth-seeking endeavor seriously and use qualitative + quantitative data to (1) create clarity and visibility, (2) craft compelling narratives and (3) guide product and company building

We continuously build problem-solving frameworks and capabilities, so that analysts work in a rich ecosystem of tools and data products.

We are looking for

1) First-principles thinking : Ability to reason from the ground up using qualitative and quantitative findings, identify knowns, unknowns, and assumptions, and form an independent view.

2) Passion for data and statistics : A love for math, metrics, trends, and patterns that capture the story of a user, product, experiment, KPI, and more.

3) Communication and storytelling : Ability to connect the dots and explain the story to people from different teams and backgrounds, using numbers.

4) Personal effectiveness : Ability to self-manage priorities, voice your perspective, ask for support when needed, and deliver reliably in a fast-paced environment.

5) Understanding of data models : Ability to construct data models that capture intelligence on business, product, and the user, in a way that lends itself to subsequent analyses.

6) Proficiency with Python, SQL, gSheets : Ability to answer business questions via exploratory data analysis, speedy number crunching and model building

7) AI fluency : Interest in AI and modern data tools to rethink analytics workflows with the machines.

8) Modeling and experimentation : Ability to design, build, and validate models that simulate business and product scenarios. Comfort with setting up experiments, interpreting results, and refining models to improve predictive power and decision-making.

Experience level : 6+ years in analytics

This is a 5 days work from office role and we are in Brookfield, Bengaluru.
