Supplier invoice booking, PO tracking & clean-up, payables tracking & clean-up. Documentation for Import, BOE & AWB track
ingGST Ledger to GST return reconciliation. TDS ledger to TDS return reconciliationMonitor and analyze inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and valuation in financial recordsCollaborate with the supply chain and operations teams to optimize inventory turnover and reduce carrying working capital costsEnsure accurate & timely SAP book-keeping and documentation are properly maintainedEnsure inventory balances are in control, closing monitor consumption & submit periodical reportsAiding in the internal inventory physical auditAssist in monthly book closing activities and preparing control schedules for P&L & Balance sheetImplement and monitor cost control measures to prevent overruns and ensure that costs align with budgeted expectations. Make recommendations for cost-saving initiatives

fileGraduate / Post Graduate / Semi Qualified in finance, Inventory management or a related
field6-8 years of professional experience in the area of financial accounting, controlling, business analysis, or management accountingFluent in Tamil and EnglishStrong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financialdataAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyProficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysistoolsExperience in ERP (SAP) system implementation is preferred
