Telecalling Executive – Bharakt Diagnostics Center

Location : Bund Garden Road, Pune
Type : Full-time, On-site
Salary : ₹15,000-18,000 per month

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team and help patients connect with our wide range of diagnostic services and health packages.

Key Responsibilities :

Attend incoming calls and inquiries from patients (online & offline sources).

Explain Bharakt Diagnostics’ various test packages, pricing options, and offers.

Maintain a polite and professional tone while addressing customer queries.

Convert leads into bookings and maintain follow-up until confirmation.

Record and update call details and leads in the system.

Coordinate with the center team to ensure smooth communication and scheduling.

Handle customer concerns with empathy and ensure a positive experience.

Requirements :

1–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer support (preferably in healthcare).

Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in the healthcare field are also welcome.

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.

Ability to explain services clearly and confidently over the phone.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).

Immediate joiners preferred.
