Dreamcast - Technical Business Analyst

Description : Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery of technology-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, etc.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and are technically feasible.
• Assist in the design, development, and testing of software solutions, including APIs, databases, and integrations.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives (Agile / Scrum).
• Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for new system implementations or changes.
• Create process flows, data models, and wireframes as needed.
• Support UAT by developing test plans, cases, and validating results against requirements.
• Assist with project documentation, reporting, and change management activities.
