Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Admin Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations, vendor management, and facility maintenance. The role will also support the HR team in administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning across departments.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and coordinate office administration, maintenance, and housekeeping.
Handle vendor management, including negotiation, contracts, and service quality.
Oversee office supplies, utilities, and equipment maintenance.
Support HR with onboarding logistics, event coordination, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure adherence to company policies, health, and safety standards.
Manage petty cash, travel arrangements, and other admin-related expenses.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and vendor negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and good communication skills
